I couldn't bring myself to drop her off. Instead of dropping her off I ended smuggling with her in bed a majority of the day. I had my dh go with me the next day so we could do it together. It helped starting off with 1/2 days and going up from there. I was a WRECK the first couple days and a slightly less wrecked wreck for a couple more weeks. But it does get better! Now I love seeing what new things DD is going to come home with that she learned from the other babies -- sounds, motions, etc. She is fascinated by the older babies and watches them so intently! I still have sad days now and then, but overall things have leveled out. And then the monday of the following week because he's home with you on the weekends and thinks, maybe this was just a fluke week! so when you take him back to daycare I feel like the 2nd week is actually a little harder on the LO's. Her son had become clingy, and she was doubting her decision. I talked to her last night, and she told me that now, about 10 minutes after waking up, her son starts to ask to go bye bye and everyone is happy. </p> <p>They love the interaction and socializing. It's going to be a good thing! </p>
