I'm anal and do boiled filtered water and bottled as a second. If there is no other option I do filtered water. I don't drink tap so won't give LO tap.

Always tap. It has fluoride in it if it's city water! I grew up on well water but we give our lo city water - we drink it and we're okay. :)

I'd just go for the tap. Most bottled water comes from municipal sources anyways!!!!

LO is almost 7 months and has been using (mostly playing with) the sippy cup at home with filtered water from the fridge. If we start using them at daycare, is tap water fine or should I bring in bottled? I have seen people do both.

I was given tap as a kid and turned out okay?! Plus, it's not like she is actually 'drinking' much at this point.
