P fruits will help with constipation. Kiwis worked for my little as well. My daughter did suffer from constipation after starting solids. It was stressful figuring out what to feed her. She eventually grew out of it. But he constipation allowed her to be more aware of her bodily functions and was able to be potty trained pretty early.

I don't think you have to do anything until you see if it's problem. And I think all babies have a bit of constipation when they start solids.

C still has issues with it at 9 months though, so foods we are told will help are prunes, peaches, apricots, and peas. Watch out for banana, apples, sweet potatoes, daily (besides yogurt). Our ped recommended I start giving her a little prune juice in addition to the prune purée I give her.

LO is six months old and we are just venturing into solids with a combination of purées and blw. He has been exclusively on breastmilk up until now. I've read that solids can cause constipation and I'm wondering if I should be proactive in feeding certain things to help keep him regular or avoid anything that is likely to stop him up.
I've read that apples and banana can both cause constipation but I've never heard what does the opposite. I'm hoping to balance it all out since I want to offer variety of flavored and textures anyway.

Any suggestions?
