I use the bebepod. My mom always used a bouncer on my nieces and nephews and she actually prefers to hold them while feeding.

I did use the bumbo and it was okay, but now i have a high chair so I will prefer to use that. The bumbo was a bit messy

I don't have a highchair and I have been feeding my baby for going on 2 weeks now without it. I just sit at the table, holding him in my lap with his back to my stomach, him facing the table, and spoon the food in his mouth...it works good for us....its fairly simple until he starts trying to put his hands in his mouth, but then I just hold his hands down with my free hand for a few minutes and he generally learns to keep them down himself.....

We used the bebepod (like the bumbo but can be strapped to a chair) as a highchair for a long time. When we have traveled we have had LO sit on one of our laps while the other one feeds her at it works fine. Just don't wear anything you don't mind getting food on!

I am so sorry about your booster! we got ours from amazon and had no problems!

as long as someone is willing to hold her, you can make it work.

LO won't sit in the Bumbo and she no longer likes to be reclined (like in the bouncer), so DH just holds her. Hopefully, she will be able to sit in the booster soon!

Do you have a bumbo? We let our friends borrow our high chair for the weekend (DD) is 6 months, and we're just going to feed our daughter in her bumbo chair. DD is also just happy to sit in my lap and eat.

Did it say it was new? That's crazy. You can definitely still start solids. Just hold LO in lap upright sideways and feed her, or do you have a bumbo?

DO you have a bouncer chair? I used that for awhile because he had a hard time sitting up in his chair.
