We've had thrush here. I put pacis in the microwave steam bag for pump parts and ran all the toys through the dishwasher. Don't put the winkle or other Manhattan Toys with the noodle things in the steam bags or boiling water...they melt. Just tossed $50 in toys in the trash the other day.

When I had a steam sterilizer, everything that was hard plastic or wood went in there. I would do a round of the soft stuff in the washing machine with hot water and no fabric softener.

I've never dealt with thrush, but I would boil and wash plastic toys with diluted vinegar. And would wash cloth toys in hot water.

LO was thrush and everything goes in her mouth. I want to clean all her toys and then limiting her to a few that will be easy to clean until we are over this.

How do you sterilize your toys? Have you dealt with thrush and what was your experience?
