For 30 mins - 45 minutes I have to tip toe around the house or else she will startle and wake up. If she is able to sleep past that I can usually do just about anything in the house and not wake her. It talks a little about this, it sounds like she's transitioning into a different sleep cycle. At least she's staying asleep! It says those short cat naps (that we've both posted about) are because they wake up between sleep cycles! Every 5 minutes or so she does this. Do you think she's getting rest? How long do I let her keep doing this?</p> <p>PS. She did have a long day yesterday visiting the in-laws. She only took 3 naps... 30 min, 1.5 hr, and 30 min. Maybe she's catching up on sleep? </p>
