Good idea! I just sent an email to their customer service with the picture. Hopefully they can replace it - I don't want them leaking already!

I'd contact BumGenius. Hopefully they'll respond and replace (or repair) it. Like @veggiemama, we have BG 4.0's that are almost 3 years old and have never had that happen! I love our BG 4.0's. We also have Fuzzibunz in our stash and on our second kid, and those definitely are leaking. :crying:

I would contact the place where you bought it from. I've never had that happen and my BG 4.0's are almost 3 years old!

I've been using my BG 4.0's for only about 3 weeks. Today when i took one out of the wash i noticed the thread is loose around the leg elastic and the stitching has come undone for about an inch of fabric.

I've been using them 3 weeks and have 25, so each individual one doesn't get THAT abused, i wouldn't think they'd already be worn down. This one has probably been worn 10-12 times total. I use disposables overnight. I also hang to dry to help cut down on any wear.

What should i do? Ignore it and use it like normal? Try to sew it myself?
