It has been important to us to establish traditions for our family before LOs, so that when we do have kids, the routine will already be in place and we can hopefully avoid any confusion about what we do on Christmas morning. Plus it's a special time for just us! :happy: </p> <p>@looch: I love being able to incorporate traditions from my family and from DH's family into what we do now. Basically we just get up early and make a special christmas breakfast before heading over to the family gathering. I love picking out silly little things to fill his stocking with. We even make sure to stuff each others' stockings on Christmas Eve night, and out of sight of one another. Are we the only ones that do this? </p>
