I mainly got it because I didn't want a large footprint in my very small condo. It blends in well with the furniture and has a higher resell value. My LO (7 months old), isn't a very good sitter but she's able to sit well in the Stokke. The height is perfect for our table so instead of a tray, she's able to actually eat at the table. The only thing I wish it did was fold but we never put it away so it's not really a problem. The design is great and it is wood, but, it doesn't fold, doesn't have wheels or a tray. I found it hard to get my son in and out of it using the infant insert and I couldn't get him out fast enough if he was choking. My BFF has the stokke Tripp trapp and loves it. Her son has outgrown the infant accessory for it so she's sending that to me. I love how it looks like a real chair rather than being plastic. And it's great that it grows with the child for so long. Heck I've even sat in it when I've gone to my friend's house and been totally comfortable. My only hang up is that it's sooooo expensive. I'm almost embarrassed to put it on my registry. Do you have it? Do you think it's worth the price? </p>
