Apparently diapers just don't hold up to that kind of abuse overnight :bummed: But to answer your question, I would totally do a small load to eliminate the smell. My whole house smells like diarrhea and vomit...poor LO 2! I am doing laundry as we get the accidents right now because my nose can't handle it. </p>
