Oh my goodness, lady. I'm so sorry you're going through this. I have a fear of throwing up, so that's literally my worst nightmare. I hope you feel better so soon!!

Oh stomach flus are the absolute worst. Watered down Gatorade is my go to, and Saltines or whatever bland crackers you have in the house (preferably not heartier ones like Triscuits). And eat and drink slowly. If it's the same bug I had in March, I felt way better just about 24 hours after it started. Like, not 100% but I could walk to the fridge or bathroom without getting so light headed and nauseous that I had to stop.

@hotchildinthecity: me too. :( My embryo transfer is tomorrow and I'm worried I'm still going to be sick. I'm just going to lay in bed and sip on Gatorade. I hope you feel better soon.

Sprite and crackers are my favorite. Chicken noodle soup if you can hold down the crackers. Just eat SLOW!

Oh noooooo :(

Graham crackers and gatorade are my stomach flu go-to's. Just rest and watch tv and sleep!

I (knock on wood) NEVER get sick. And I would rather have bronchitis than the stomach flu. Lo and behold, I spent all last night with horrific nausea and throwing up nonstop. I'm feeling like I might be able to keep something down soon. What to eat/drink? And what should I do besides just rest? I feel very weak and shaky so I haven't moved from bed.
