I've had heartburn for months, but it went away when the baby finally dropped.</p> <p>I've been up all night with crazy acid burps and diarrhea and just over all discomfort. I took some Zantac, which helped me sleep, but I'm wondering if this all means I'm close? I'm 36 weeks and one day as of today. :) </p>
