We were driving home from a beach trip, stopped to get some BBQ to go (the place was big and PACKED). As we were leaving (we were caravanning with MIL/FIL) a cashier from this very busy place comes out from behind the register, grabs my arm to stop me from walking, slaps her hand on my belly (really not that hard, just forceful and sudden) and informed me that I was having a little girl (I had a boy, btw ;)</p> <p>It was the first time a stranger had touched me, definitely without my permission, and I was shocked and didn't immediately react. But while I lived in Korea, grandma's would wipe chalk off my coat while I was standing at the bus stop. They never talked to me, just stood there and wiped =P</p> <p>Oh and a shop owner fixed my undies once! Haha! It was super hot outside and me and a friend walked to the corner store to buy some ice cream and while I was looking for change, she came over and pulled my pants up a bit, fixed my undies (that were slightly sticking out) and fixed my shirt. You should have seen the look on my friend's face! One of our friend's aunts (whom I've never met) rubbed my belly as I was squeezing by her in the hallway and I couldn't react quickly! i just turned away and kept walking. But I was/am still so weirded out! My husband thinks it's a one-time incident and won't happen again, that these strangers who touch other people are a rare minority. </p> <p>Did you ever have people you don't know just come up and touch you without asking? I'm really hoping this was a one-time thing. </p>
