LO is a few weeks away from being a year old, and I think I should have a strategy for weaning! He still gets breastmilk 4 times a day - morning, twice in the afternoon (usually bottles I pumped), and before bed. I pump once at work (around 2pm) and once before I go to bed.

I think I'm going to do a two-step process while I figure out whether I want to keep the nursing sessions (morning and evening) going for a while longer. So my question is - how do I stop my pumping sessions?

ETA - I have a good freezer stash that I want to use up, especially if I'll be nursing twice a day, so I'll use that for his bottles for the next few weeks rather than transitioning LO to whole milk before he's 1.
