I take the BOB everywhere. I timed it this week, 28 seconds from taking it out of our backseat, unfolding, wheels on, diaper bag in, and baby (in car seat) popped in. It's in/out of the car a lot, and everywhere, took it to pet store, clothes shopping, groceries, etc, plus walks of course and I couldn't imagine having anything different! Quick to go with, light and can go anywhere!

LO is only 4 weeks! Can't wait to eventually be able to jog!

I do bring my Bob to the grocery and the mall (but those are right across the street, so it's not like I have to fold, carry and lug the stroller around in my car). I like taking it to those places so I can put my groceries/shopping bags in it! Cant do that with our umbrella (UB G-Luxe) or it will tip over. Sometimes I just fill up the Bob and babywear the baby, so really my jogging stroller also doubles as a shopping cart :)

But that's our situation... Yours can be completely different if you find that there's no other places for you to take your jogger.

I actually scored a free snap n go from a local mom via a parenting listserv when I lived in NYC. But if I hadn't scored that deal, I think I would've spent the $70-80? on it anyway. It helps that both my girls still fit in their infant carseat til 11-12 months though! I know some babies outgrow it much sooner, so it may not be as economical for them. Anyway, I did love it... Lightweight, easy to fold, big basket...

We have a snap and go and an umbrella stroller. Kept things simple.
Snap and go was awesome for about the first 4 months.
Umbrella is great for traveling and going out.
We wore our lo a lot for the first year too.

I'm over strollers and don't wanna buy anymore. Considered getting a double, but I'm planning on wearing baby 2 and lo can walk or sit in the umbrella stroller.

No baby or stroller yet, but I agree with you that jogger strollers are huge! Great for outside, not great for inside-- I see people with them on the train and it looks so annoying.
Can you find a used snap and go? Since it's all hard parts (no material) seems like a really good item to purchase second hand. They aren't that expensive new, so I definitely would look into it.

LO is 11 weeks old. I have a baby jogger (same people who make city mini) FIT and love it but it only has a 3 point harness. It reclines great, but I feel like its too large to bring anywhere but outside. I'm thinking about getting a snap and go, but is it worth the money? Does anyone bring out their jogging stroller places other than parks? I'm prob just bring crazy!
