Baby Trend sells one called the <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Baby-Trend-Single-Snap-Stroller/dp/B000BMKEVC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1330827751&amp;sr=8-1">Snap and Go</a> for $49 on Amazon. It's a universal car seat stroller and is lightweight. I don't know if you can face forward but it definitely faces you. I don't know if the iCandy range is widely available in the states? We've the Pear model, for twins, and they can face forward, backward, or each other, then it takes the car seats, and if IF we decide to go for #3 later on, it works as a single baby buggy too. Definitely the most flexible one we found. Im going to buy some gear before we leave and get it delivered to my brothers.<br /> So far I will be buying a car seat and a stroller (which are both much much cheaper in USA than here) Ive decided on the car seat but not the stroller..<br /> Any recommendations? I won't be using it for off reading, running or anything like that... And I would like one that you can change from facing towards you and facing outwards. </p>
