I tried out both in store and there were a number of reasons we went with the Britax. I remember one of the differences was that there was a metal bar that my tall husband's feet would kick if he was walking quickly with the City Mini. I use it mainly to go on walks and when we're out and about. It has almost a full recline and came with a parent cup holder and rain guard. It was under $200.</p> <p>I also bought the first year jet ignite (?) for the ILs to use when they watch her for like $30 on nbd? Preferably something light-weight-ish that will fold up and fit in my trunk easily. I'll mostly use it for walking around town, going on walks in the neighborhood, etc. But I would like it to be comfortable enough that he could potentially sleep in it (maybe a recline feature?) and also I might have to feed him food in it (so maybe needs to sit up too? Though this is less needed than reclining I think). And maybe some sort of shade from the sun/rain (although if you have a suggestion where I could get an attachment instead, that would work as well).</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
