@MamaBear87: The stroller I was going to recommend (babyzen yoyo) doesn't meet your budget requirement. However, one of my friends bought a knock off (called a YoYA instead of Yoyo) on TaoBao or AliExpress and has been really happy with it.

The Baby Jogger City Tour seems to have been modeled on the Yoyo, and is under $200, so finding one used isn't entirely out of the question....though I think it is new so that may be a little tricky.

I'm with you on the single handlebar, though - one handed push is DEFINITELY worth paying a bit more, IMO.

We had a Maclaren and that always fit. It’s 2-handled though, but you could probably find a used one in your budget.

Our Zoe stroller meets all those requirements. We’ve flown with it quite a few times and it always fits through the x-ray.

We have a used combi that I think is finally giving out. I love that it fits through the airport x-ray so we don't have to wait around for someone to wipe it down or whatever they do.

Would love something that still reclines and ideally has a regular push bar instead of the umbrella handles so it can be pushed one handed
