<description>&#60;p&#62;Oh no! I'd try something totally different like carrots, and hold off on the banana since your LO had a reaction. You might even call your pediatrician and let them know what happened, and see what they suggest for next solids to try.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I gave my 6 month old her first solids/banana last night and she developed a rash around her mouth within the hour. I gave her some Benadryl and it cleared up.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So is this it for banana? Or would you try again in the future? How soon?&#60;/p&#62;
