Tilapia. Really any other fish would work.

I like haddock because it's not fishy at all.

I really like turbot...it has a great texture and isn't too fishy but also isn't tilapia.

Less fishy options: tilapia, halibut, cod, haddock, turbot, trout, red snapper, bronzino. I like to drizzle a little olive oil over the fish, season with salt and pepper, cover with some thin lemon slices and bake. Easy! But you might want to take an omega 3 as well, since that is something salmon will get you that other fish won't. If you don't want to do fish, you could also sub boneless, skinless chicken breast.

Yes, milder is what I'm going for! I'm fine ordering fish in restaurants, but if I'm going to cook it I want something less fishy.

Yeah, any fish should be fine. Tilapia is our go-to because its cheaper and I can get the more ecological sound option pretty regularly at our store (I can't remember what option that is....they have a little card that tells me!). Its a really versatile fish, doesn't have a strong flavor.

Any fish is good, honestly. Mahi mahi is delicious! And mild and meaty. I like swordfish, personally. Especially grilled.

Tilapia? You can buy a bag of the frozen filets, and they don't honestly taste like much so they are pretty versatile!

I am enrolled in a bootcamp program that comes with a meal plan. I like everything on it except salmon. Like, its in my top two least favorite foods. It's on the plan a couple of times a week! Anybody have ideas for a good substitute?
