We've been struggling in the sleeping department and we decided that we were moving her to her room and sleeping in her crib. </p> <p>Well, this morning was the first time. It was also the first time I've laid her down for a nap on the weekends. Usually she would fuss and woke up quickly, so I'd would hold her. This lead to getting nothing done on the weekends </p> <p>Well, apparently our child has been fooling us all along. She went down at 8:18, was asleep at 8:22, woke up briefly around 8:51, and is now back asleep. </p> <p>I did put her in her sleep sack and she has her lovey. The sound machine is one and I'm watching on the monitor. </p> <p>So far I've unloaded the dishwasher, started a load of sheets, loaded the dishwasher, and am about to start wiping down the counters in the kitchen. </p> <p>I'm so proud of her and a bit of me wishes we had done this earlier, but for whatever reason we are doing it now and that's what works/is working/worked for us. </p>
