I did not have success with my fresh cycle, but my first FET afterwards did work and I have a 16 month old now! I really think you should have great hope that an FET will work for you. I found the fresh cycle to be so difficult. I was in a lot of pain the following weeks while my ovaries shrank back to their normal size. There is evidence that FET's are more successful because your body is not filled with all the medications, I also found it to be less emotionally draining. I think there is some evidence that FETs are more successful because your body's hormones are at a more natural state. I did get pregnant after a failed fresh cycle. My first IVF cycle failed and I had none to freeze. My second IVF cycle is now ending with a blighted ovum, but I have 7 frosties left. I am very concerned that given how my fresh cycle went, that there might not be any hope for my 7 frozen embies from the same batch. Has anyone had success with a FET after a failed IVF cycle? </p>
