It started during pregnancy and I still get it sometimes after. My brother has a swollen retinal nerve, or something like that I can't remember exactly what it is, it's apparently nothing horrible though. It can be hereditary so I just assumed I have the same and pregnancy blood volume made mine appear. But I had had migraines before pregnancy too. It went away after about 20 minutes. Maybe I didn't drink enough water? I'm working long hours looking at a computer screen too with lots of detailed excel spreadsheets (I'm a CPA and it's that time of year!), so maybe that 'helped' too.</p> <p>I'll keep my eye on it (ha ha, no pun intended) and maybe get my blood pressure checked sooner rather than later. He found out he had a burst blood vessel behind his eye. This was at the end of my third pregnancy and I have a history of pre-e so they had me come in to L&amp;D and kept me for a few hours. Had a neurologist see me after all the pre-e stuff came back negative. See if you can pinpoint a trigger or if it’s just random. An eye specialist I saw said exercise triggered his. My OB had me drink caffeine and sugar to try to prevent a real migraine from coming on. Fortunately none of them became full blown migraines. I had a blurry/milky spot and milky vision for a period of time while pregnant with my first pregnancy. It moves around when I look around. It's like someone put a drop of water on whatever it is I'm looking at.<br /> How worried should I be? I'm 12 weeks pregnant and maybe didn't have enough water this morning..... could this be some sort of visual migrane? something worse to worry about? Anyone have this before?? </p>
