I'd recommend Laguna! Gorgeous beaches (you guys should check out thousand steps beach! So secluded and beautiful).... Great food, south coast plaza and fashion island right there if you want to do some shopping, and it's fun just walking up and down downtown Laguna and looking at the little boutiques and art galleries. Maybe you guys can even sign up for one of those vino and art date night things! Have you been to Temecula or Palm Springs? The Temecula Creek Inn is great and reasonable. On Saturday was a fabulous farmers market/street fair. </p> <p>Solvang is in the same area as buellton/los Olivos for wine tasting. Solvang is a Danish style tourist trap and definitely adult oriented.
