Another vote for the MAM anti colic bottles. Those were the only ones my bottle refusing DD1 took. I stuck with them with DD2/DS2 and the twins took them great to.

While these bottles have quite a few parts it’s great that they can be sterilized within itself.

Went through SO many bottles until we found MAM anticolic bottles for DD2. She didn’t have colic/gas but was super picky about the nipple shape. Its supposedly no passive flow but not much resistance.

My boys did well with Avent Natural bottles with the level 0 nipples. I could only ever find that size online. There are adapters to connect Avent bottles to narrower pump setups, like Medela.

I might have posted about it here, but my 13mo also preferred/did best with those disposable nipples on the readymade bottles.
We ended up with the Avent anti-colic. Settled on it around 3/4 months and used them up until we stopped bottles a few weeks ago (but did eventually increase the flow speed).

My lo hated the comotomo bottles. We ended up using Avent natural. They're not narrow neck but I've figured out a system with adapters to work with my pump.

If doctor brown's level 1 didn't work for you, I would advise against comotomo. We initially tried the Comotomo newborn ones with my LO, who had a hard time due to a tongue tie, and the flow (both active and passive) was way too fast for him and he would choke and gasp. Doctor brown's level 1 was a huge difference. Lactation consultant told me Comotomo is not a true slow flow....

We used a special needs feeder from medela - it might work because you can have no flow but it rewards any amount of sucking

My little guy (4mos old, 9 weeks adjusted) is very willing to take a bottle, but we're having a tough time finding one that works well for him besides the disposable Similac slow flow latex nipples. Continuing to use them is far from ideal since they only last for a few uses before becoming not-at-all-slow and I have a pretty significant latex allergy.

He seems to need something with minimal or no passive flow/drip but with very little resistance to active sucking.

Tried so far:
Dr. Brown's Preemie - too difficult for him to suck from/too much resistance

Dr. Brown's 1 - too fast passive flow, chokes. active sucking resistance/flow seem about right.

Gerber Essentials Slow - WAY too fast

Evenflo Balance Slow - best so far, the passive flow is a little much and he chokes sometimes. The flow with active suck seems about right. Sadly, they don't make an extra slow or preemie option

nFant gold - too much resistance

I've been focusing on nipples compatible with narrow neck bottles since we already have a ton, but anything with pump adapters will work.
