I actually have to sleep with white noise, so I got it the year before ds was born for Xmas. We have used it every single day. Now its in ds's room and our monitor transmits some white noise (but we can still hear ds clearly).</p> <p>I think its definitely worth the money. We've had it for 2.5 years. It does white noise really well. You can adjust the sound slightly, but it is a better white noise than anything else I have tried. I don't like that it cuts off after being on for 45 minutes. We only use the continuous white noise feature. I'm not against having other sound options but they certainly aren't necessary.
