I also always give something to the older sibling so they don't feel left out. I typically include: a book, because I always give a book to kids and it's something parents can do with the kid, a movie/playdough/coloring or something the kid can do on their own, and some kind of treat like m&amp;m's or skittles. </p> <p>Sidenote: Have you heard of a sprinkle? It's a play on words like a shower but for the 2nd baby.
