We've only flown through, and never stayed in the city, so that's where we are flying in and out of. The drive doesn't bother us. If there are things to stop and see on the way to Green Lake, please recommend as well. We're taking our 2 year old and our 3 month old. I haven't had much time to plan the visit, so I'm calling on HB to suggest family friendly things to do in Chicago and area. Thanks! </p>
