I want to have lunch ready but I am stuck. We are having a meat heavy dinner so I didn't necessarily want to do lunch meat or chicken salad and I suck at cooking soups (plus my husband is allergic to beans.) </p> <p>Am I missing a good option? Something easy but filling and that isn't super time sensitive would be great. </p>
