We bought ours from buy buy baby, but after 4 months, the sound just stopped working. They let me bring it in, no questions asked and gave me a new one. Best part about it was that our old Motorola monitor didn't have the option to mute (which was my only complaint before) but they must have come out with a new model because this one mutes! The only complaint I have is that their customer service is terrible. A few weeks ago my AC adapter broke (the wires split where the cord meets the plug) and it took me 3 phone calls to finally get them to issue me a replacement &amp; I still haven't received it yet.
