<description>&#60;p&#62;I find that the TJ's one is really goopy at the beginning and then kind of hard at the end of the jar.  I think the oils bubble up?  I'm going to try storing it upside down for our next jar and see how that works.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Have you tried sticking it in the fridge? I feel like all of TJ's nut butters are very gloppy...but then when i refrigerate them (especially the peanut butter one), they take on the texture of the Jif peanut butters!
