Vanicream has a sunscreen. I haven't tried it but it's supposed to be good.

@MrsBrewer: last summer was when his eczema started and over the past year it has gotten worse. We used babyganics last year and sent that to daycare this year to finish up the bottle but we're noticing a lot of irritation, however, we also think he developed seasonal allergies and have started Zyrtec recently and are trying to pinpoint what the issue is. For this summer I bought Thinkbaby, California Baby, and the Honest Company after good EWG ratings. I guess it will be trial and error. Sensitive skin stinks!

Not LO, but my husband has eczema and he loves to use LO's Babyganics sunscreen because it is the least irritating to his eczema. I finally bought him his own tube!
