At 28 weeks I've seen movement that high, but also my uterus measures only almost that high (I'm short, but I still have a few cm between my fundus and my boob). My gym class teacher showed my how her ab muscle flips up since her last kid, so it could be that baby kicks a muscle and the muscle above baby moves?

About 90%+ of the movement I feel and see is high like that (inches and inches above belly button), and close to my bra band, so that sounds pretty normal to me! :D I'm 26 weeks too.

Under my boob isn't that far from my belly button, so I definitely get kicks a few inches below the boob!

I think it depends on how tall you are, how low you carry the baby and the position you were in when you saw the kicks. I'm 5ft 11 with a long torso and my baby is low I usually feel kicks and head butts in my bladder. I only started seeing movement above my belly button in the 3rd trimester. when I sit hunched over the baby is able to kick me higher in my ribs than if I sit up straight.

I'm almost 26 weeks and today I started seeing some "pops" under my right breast. At first I thought it was my heart beating strongly for one reason or another but then I also felt and saw movement down by my belly button. Uh....my uterus isn't up under my boobs already so, what was that? Just movement from somewhere else that is showing up under my chest?

It was SO cool to finally see my belly move (and through clothing, no less!) but it was still kind of weird since it was so high up there.

Has anyone else seen baby movement way up high?
