Yeah, I have pretty much been wearing typical bras. Sounds like I need to look for a really soft cup/nursing type bra. Will try to get to Target tomorrow to look for a cheap one!

Me too, and it got worse in the 3rd tri. It's from my bra sitting on top of my belly; it always is better once I take my bra off. I usually switch to a soft cup/sleep nursing bra when I get home from work. The relief is pretty instant.

Are you using an underwire bra? If so, switching to a soft cup might help.

So, I had the typical sore/tender/etc and growing boobs in the 1st tri. I'm 13 weeks now and generally the soreness is better. In the past few days, though, they have gotten SO tender and painful on the underside. Like worse where the boob and chest/ribcage meet, if that makes sense? Sometimes I get sharp pains there.

Did anyone else have this?? I assume this is just another stage in boobie pregnancy growth... maybe I just need to go get a super soft bigger bra!
