Every few months my cramps are so bad that I spend a couple hours vomiting. I understand how you feel, and it sucks! Oh, my first clue that my period is on the way is a bad headache. I spoke to my RE about my heavy period and sometimes being sick, and she didn't seem concerned. So I guess it is normal. Mostly red in color with some clots. The next month my period will be very light, almost no bleeding. But what bleeding there is is a dark brown color, with clots. This goes back and forth every other month. </p> <p>Each month I have cramps and lower back pain that start a few days before my period. My vagina feels very sore, heavy, swollen. I have very bad diarrhea (which I deal with all month long but it's worse during my period). I'm always tired and I have a headache.</p> <p>I know noone can diagnose me and tell me for sure, but has anyone else dealt with anything like this? I don't know if I should be worried or if this is all normal stuff. And again, sorry for the TMI. I'm anonymous and still embarrassed to post this lol. </p>
