In additional to my prenatal I take b6 and 1/2 tab of unisom (recommended by my doc for nausea) and cranberry supplement (recommended to prevent UTIs). That's it for me.

I have been taking fish oil in addition to prenatal, but that was to help my skin :)

I was reading up on natural ways to increase progesterone and read that vitamin c and vitamin e have good results together and separately, so I figured it couldn't hurt, only help and bought both last night

Personally I take those but I'd say it depends on how confident you are in choosing your own supplement regimen. It is a good idea to talk to your doctor to make sure you're not getting too much of anything. Also, when nausea starts to hit you might decide even one pill is too much!
