<description>&#60;p&#62;My kid’s issue is a bit different than yours, not so much picky, but doesn’t eat enough quantity, my 10&#60;br /&#62;
Month old will out eat the 2.5 year old sometimes. I have used pediasure in the past. I buy love child lil nutrition shakes now. I feel like they’re a tiny bit better. For me, I accept it because I’d rather they get some calories with some sugar then get nothing at all. I also give a daily multivitamin, probiotic, and vegan dha drops. I bought some kale powder once but forgot about t and when I make a smoothie the quantity consumed is so low it isn’t worth it so I usually just throw a bit of spinach in. The concentrated green stuff usually tastes pretty rough too, from my past tastes of it so I don’t know if a kid would be into that unless they come in a pill form.

<description>&#60;p&#62;One of my 5 yo boys is a really picky eater. He hasn’t eaten meat since he was 15 months old and doesn’t like beans, pasta, rice. He has issues with constipation. No growth issues at all. I’m concerned about the constipation and just nutrition in general since he doesn’t eat much variety. Our pedi says this all falls within normal range of behaviors and we can supplement with pediasure...I looked up pediasure and am seeing 17 grams of sugar per serving which seems awful to me! Does anyone use it, or alternatively, one of those veggie super powder things? I also have concerns about energy level being low a lot so I feel like he is not getting optimal nutrition from his limited diet. Sometimes he’ll eat veggies, often he won’t. “Just try one bite” generally triggers a meltdown so I don’t do it much. Kind of losing my mind over it.
