I think they are pretty comparable to Havainas but they are more comfortable to me. They really conform to your feet (my sister and I had the same pair but just from regular wear, we could tell whose was whose by the foot shape!). I wouldn't call them *supportive* but much better than Target or Old Navy. </p> <p>I've heard good reviews for the Birkenstocks with the T strap kind of thing, but never worn them.
