@MerryC: Maybe. We are all in the same room, so it'll be tricky to figure out how to angle it so that it isn't directly on one of us. I'll talk to DH about this.

I second the fleece Halo sleep sack, although they do seem to break out of those a little more easily.

Another angle, could you put a small fan in her room to keep the air moving, while keeping your swaddle the same?

we swaddled liv like in the tutorial @prettylizy: just posted, and occasionally put her Woombie on top, Usually we just did the double swaddle over a footie sleeper and it held perfectly

We used a fleece halo sleep sack that kept her warm without overheating and snug so she couldn't break free.

When we double swaddled we did one A+A blanket over another A+A blanket. With DS though, the warmer he was the happier he was (and still is). He's like me in that I like cold air on my face and my body warm as toast.

@Mrs Pen wrote a blog post about it :)
http://www.hellobee.com/2012/12/26/the-double-swaddle/

We did the exact same thing she did, (when it was cold) double swaddle with a summer infant velcro swaddle overtop. When it was warmer, just light sleeper and double swaddle.

@prettylizy: Hmmm...not familiar with that. I'll have to look it up today.

have you tried doing a different swaddle technique? We used the double swaddle (folding method, not 2 blankets) with an A&A and she couldn't break out of that.

We double swaddle LO at night, having her wear just her diaper, but sometimes she wakes up sweaty. I know that this means that it's too warm for her, but if we single swaddle her, she breaks out so much faster, waking herself up earlier. She's swaddled in an A&A blanket with a swaddle blanket over. The heater wasn't even on last night!

What changes should I try to make for her?
