It's a swaddle that you can do with a linen blanket. It leaves their legs out. This spring when it was super hot and baby S was still swaddled I would do it with just a diaper on. Luckily, it only took him a few nights to get the hang of sleeping without a swaddle.</p> <p>Can you buy a small window air conditioner just for her room? It isn't working very well :-( she is waking up a lot.. the other night she woke up at 3am and just did not go back to sleep. I know she is hot AND Im sure needs her swaddle. Any tips for swaddling in the heat? Last night I gave in and swaddled her at 3am - she ended up staying in it until 3am.. However I had the fan close to her crib. I am not sure that is the best idea. I don't want her to get sick either! </p>
