I'm really struggling with salt induced water retention. It's not making me look swollen, but it's inflating my weight. I eat a fair bit of salt, but prepregnancy I had cut it down to the point where I'd get low blood pressure if I cut back any further. Now, if I have a salty meal, my weight is up a pound or two the next day.

I'm only 13 weeks, so I'm a little worried about it.

With number 2 the swelling started before I found out I was pregnant. It was also May and really hot out. We were also out for a walk when I noticed it. All those could be factors for me

My feet became really swollen at 8 weeks, and my blood pressure was perfect. The OB put me on driving and walking restriction, and had me put my feet up while at my desk.

I had a little bit in the first trimester. Mostly in my hands. I would just make sure to chug some more water and get up to walk around and get my blood flowing (I sit at a desk all day). That usually helped.

Last night I noticed my ankles were feeling a little swollen. This morning it's my ankles and my legs... They feel tight.
I feel like I've been drinking plenty of water, but I'll be increasing that today. I've also got my legs propped up, but I'm not sure how much of that I can do with a 2 yo.
Anyone else have swelling this early? I'm just under six weeks so this seems odd. My last pregnancy I didn't have this happen until really late (36 weeks +).
Thoughts???
