I've used a few different things (all reusable). When she was little I used an un-stuffed pocket and a bummis swim diaper over it. Our pool requires TWO barriers. </p> <p>I liked the bummis because it comes all the way unfastened and it held up well. The velcro snagged my suits, and I didn't love that. </p> <p>Now I use a motherease over an unstuffed pocket and I prefer this one. It snaps so no swim suit snags and it has really grown with her. I haven't noticed a difference between Huggies and Pampers, I normally pick up which ever one I see first! And, just so you know this, don't change your LO into a swim diaper and then drive a distance to the pool, because they aren't that water absorbent. The pee will come out of the diaper and get everywhere. I think the purpose of a swim diaper is to keep the poop in, should the baby go poop. </p> <p>Have fun!
