The Applecheek diaper is thinner and great for underneath swimsuit bottoms. We like to use the CB diaper as a standalone sometimes since it's pretty and bulkier. The best part of the CB diaper is we also used it as training pants in car rides when DD was potty training and had it mostly down but we didn't want to risk a wet car seat. They have a waterproof outer layer so it prevents clothing from getting soaked during accidents but still allows child to feel the uncomfortable wetness. My fav is the Applecheeks because the snaps make it easy to take off, where the iPlay was hard to get over her chunky thighs. I just rinse them out with her swimsuit and they're ready to go the next day. They take a little while to dry (at least overnight) so even with no poop accidents, it's nice to have extras on hand so your LO isn't going directly into a wet swim diaper for round 2 in the pool/ocean after nap.</p> <p>I only have girls so can't speak to the boys' trunks with built in diapers, but I DO NOT like the one piece skirted tank suits with a built in diaper by iPlay.
