With our YMCA membership, each set of sessions cost $40 for seven semi-private lessons (2-4 kids in each class). It we register early enough, it is as low as $30. Some of the places I looked into are $100/month...for FOUR lessons, theres just no way. I have two DDs in swim, and I used to think earlier isn't necessarily better, but since I enrolled DD2 at an earlier age, I'm starting to re-think that. It's really advantageous to get them used to the water at an early age, if you can! Both my DDs are in dance as well, but we will probably quit for a while after their upcoming recitals (this month and in June)...
