We got this one on from a Facebook group, maybe for about $150, I think. Brand new costs around $500-$600 depending on how big you get. I like it and I think it'll get a lot of use. If we hadn't gotten this one 2nd hand, I'd probably being ok with buying it new. We had intended to get one of the nice wood ones, but I think this may get us through the swingset years. If not, we'll think about buying a nicer one later.

Our neighbors have the little tykes swing in their tree and my LO loves it. You might also check Craigslist or your local FB swap group - my sister got a toddler slide in good condition and we got a used one from our neighbors.

We're in the market for some outdoor toys and trying to figure out our best options. Ultimately, we'll purchase a full size wooden swing set, but my LO is only 17 months, so I think it will be a few years before her use will justify the cost. At the same time, some of the little tykes stuff is rather expensive for something she'll grow out of in a year or 2. Any ideas?
