I'd say stay well hydrated!
I gained 50+ pounds, but surprisingly, my rings stayed on my finger til the end. Took them off when I went into labor. My feet didn't swell either.

During my pregnancy I got super fat, but I was drinking close to a gallon of water a day and peeing like a race horse.

I had to take my rings off around month 7, and ended up having to resize them (up) to get them back on about 6 months after having the baby. Now, almost 2 years after having the baby, the resized rings are still just the right fit. I remember during third trimester I couldn't make a fist... my fingers were SO unbelievably stiff and sore! I read that it's a normal symptom.

At almost 26 weeks, I have officially had to ditch my engagement ring because my fingers have started to swell during the day. They seem to go down at night a little. Not only do I have puffy sausage fingers, but they are a little painful also. Any suggestions for helping with the swelling or have I just gotten to the point in my pregnancy that I have to deal with it?
