This definitely happened with me as well. I didn't have any symptoms after week 7. I was convinced my 10 week ultrasound would show a miscarriage....I even cried the night before and the whole way to the appointment. I'm now 34 weeks pregnant! I guess I was just one of the lucky ones to not get symptoms.

lots of my friends didn't have ANY symptoms! lucky them! and had perfectly healthy pregnancies. i on the other hand, had a miserable pregnancy - i blame it on having TWO babies in me lol.

this happened to me as well, boobs weren't sore (tho they still were enormous in size) didn't feel all that sick (yet) and the naps started subsiding...

I had about a week of nausea (6 weeks) and then it went away altogether pretty much! It would only come back and hit me occasionally! But baby's still here and fine, so I don't think you should panic too much about the loss of symptoms! I think they just come and go with no rhyme or reason to them.

I agree with Tororojo! I had periods of time where my symptoms came and went as well.

This happened to me a couple of times, and instead of being thankful for the reprieve I would be freaked out by the absence of symptoms! From what I remember, I googled it a ton and it's pretty common. I bet they will be back before you know it!

I am sure there have been multiple threads on this but my searching skills are nothing to brag about. I am 7ish weeks along and as of three days ago, my symptoms are gone. My boobs are a little tender still but my constant sour stomach feeling and my ability to cry over anything is gone. Should this be a sign of concern? With baby #1, I don't remember my symptoms going away. It seems a little early for them to be gone already. Feeling like I was going to be sick any second was kinda reassuring.
