<description>&#60;p&#62;There are no drug interactions - the only thing you have to watch is that you don't take any calcium close to when you take the synthroid. But, synthroid has a half life of a bout a week (meaning it stays in your system for a very long time) so missing one dose or having one dose getting screwed up by taking calcium essentially doesn't affect the levels of it in your blood at all.
