Last month I used just the OPK but had a hard time getting it to show me a positive. I was away in Europe and I feel like I was drinking a lot of liquid and not testing regularly.</p> <p>This month I had a clear + with the OPK and I starting charting my BBT. </p> <p>Would you mind taking a look at my chart and seeing if you think you see the beginning of a triphasic pattern.
