My issue is my follicles don't mature like they should (clomid seems to be helping this) however, it is still not "working" to get me KU again. I just use OPKs now and do a mid cycle u/s. I thought I knew a lot about my body, but there was so much to learn. </p> <p>It was through charting that my doctor was able to tell (within two months) that I wasn't ovulating and that I had all the signs of having PCOS.
